05/18/20 TEN YEARS AGO I WROTE

Ten years ago I posted this. I just keep repeating myself.

It is harder for some folks to believe total, global ruin could come tomorrow, while others would not be shocked. I enjoyed yesterday's world, but today's world is no friend of grace, and has no promise for tomorrow. Foreseeing an apocalyptic end is not lack of faith, but it is heartbreaking. It will get worse before it gets better. Be faithful and be prepared, stay Christ centered. Lift up your head, He is coming.

I wrote this two weeks ago. Don't get tossed about by worldly upheaval.

BIBLICAL SEPARATION
Being separate from the world starts and ends with total surrender to the true God.

For decades I have strenuously taught my people to not set their course, set their standards, set their beliefs according to the declarations of Government, Politicians, Courts, Lawyers, Law Enforcement, News Media, Medical Authorities, Social Norms, Religion (people, traditions, organization), Secularists and Humanists (science, education), BUT RATHER BE TOTALLY COMMITTED TO GOD'S REVELATION.

Now do you see why that was important?

Even when honest people tell us something, they can be mistaken.
Even when a deceiver tries to control us he may tell the truth.
Once I decide to be Biblical, I can avoid being "tossed about by every wind of doctrine" (regardless of its origin).
It is costly to stand with God, against accepted norms.
But it is more costly to follow the world in chaos."
