08/14/20 PLANNING YOUR FUTURE IMPACT

Treat every encounter as if you only have 5 minutes or 500 words to share.

Not always practical but a good guideline.

Try it.

My point is politeness, civility, truth, love, not brevity or curtness.

I was thinking about the value of time and communication. If we value these two treasures and treat them as a lifeline to others, rather than a platform for self promotion, then we will be more of a blessing than a burden.

I also thought that our positive witness and influence would be greater if we communicated love and truth through our words and our demeanor, while meeting with other people. It is easier to be a stumbling than a stepping stone.

But we, as Christians are to redeem our time and opportunities for Jesus and His message.
