08/23/20 NEGLECTING BREEDS REJECTING

Often folks are not DRAWN TO false doctrines in the cults but DRIVEN AWAY by false doctrines in traditionally BIBLICAL churches.

Far too often traditionally Biblical churches, including early Lutheran, Presbyterian, Baptist, Methodist (though differing in some doctrinal issues) failed to teach and preach basic Christian beliefs and even refused to answer parishioner questions.

The cults were eager to offer instruction (sometimes with Biblical answers), which led unsuspecting folks into cultic and damnable heresies.

Great numbers of church folks (orthodox and otherwise) were not enticed by anti-Trinitarian beliefs or other attacks on fundamental Christianity. The problem was usually that their churches did not address simple Bible questions or issues dealing with practical Christianity.

Modern, western churches have abandoned Biblical teaching and substituted Liberalism and Humanism, which turned church folks to the cults, which at least pretended to give Biblical answers.
